Personal Information

Winson grew up in Australia and has spent more than 20 years living and working abroad, including in England, Spain, and, most recently, Singapore, where she has been a teacher for the past 10 years. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and the unique journeys people take through life. Winson has two teenage children and is deeply grateful for the rich cultural experiences they have gained growing up in Singapore. Winson is passionate about travel and photography and enjoys exploring new places and perspectives. Winson is a trained Yin Yoga practitioner. She values spending time outdoors and maintaining an active lifestyle, recognising the benefits that a combination of movement, mindfulness, and connection with nature can bring to both personal health and overall wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting people to feel connected, and empowered in their personal growth.
